At Genius.AI, we are constantly updating our AI and platform to deliver to you the best experience possible! This article serves as a log for all our major releases. We often release weekly updates! So keep an eye on this log for all the latest releases!

 

Mid-December Update - New AI for Videos, Import from Gallery, New Copywriter Mode for the Copilot, Add/Remove Scene in the Video Editor, Easier to find Media Creation Tools

  • Generate Animated Videos starting only from Text or Your Images -  You can now use Genius.AI to generate a video starting only from a textual description ("A tracking shot of a woman walking down the street", "A close-up shot of a man drinking at a pub"). and That's not all! You can also provide an initial image that will be used as a starting frame for your video. Compared to other technologies (like OpenAI Sora), you are also free to use images containing people as the first starting frame of your video. The videos will last 6 seconds. If you are converting an image to a video - you can also now instruct the AI by prompting it based on what you want to happen in the scene (including camera movement). Not only that - but you can now use Portrait, Landscape and Square as separate formats for your videos, instead of using the fixed square. Please note that Credits are no longer included in the subscription, due to the technology being far more advanced. With 50 videos costing 19.99 USD & a pack of 10 costing 4.99 USD.
  • The Studio has now been renamed into "Gallery"
  • Import Your Creations from The Gallery Directly in the Video Editor - Have you created really nice imagery in the Copilot or in your Gallery? Added captions to a really nice video that features you? Or recorded a video using the teleprompter? Now all of these videos can be brought directly in the Video Editor. Just click "Use my own Images/Videos" and click "Import from Gallery", your Gallery will be there, click on any video to replace your scene in the video.
  • New 'Copywriter' mode for the Copilot - By default, your Copilot's writing style is "Creative" - this is a writing style where the AI pulls from your Personality and previously written copy. We are now adding a new style called "Copywriter" - This Writing Style is influenced by some of the most successful campaigns in the world, and won't pick up your Personality in the process. Make sure to give it a try if you are writing campaigns for others or you want to create new type of content not necessarily copying from your brand or own personality!
  • Add and Remove Scenes in the Video Editor - You can now add Scenes in the Video Editor and even remove these. A video can have maximum 10 scenes!
  • It's now easier to find all of the Media Creation Tools - We have moved our main Media Creation Tools directly in the Sidebar - this way you can easily find all of the tools you need to create Video and Images in Genius.AI!

 

Mid-November Update - Train your own AI, New UI and More Voices!

  • You can now Train an AI on your Photos - Looking for the perfect selfie, resume photo or you need your brand spokeperson to magically appear in your AI Made-For You Reels? You can now train the AI on your own photos - You can head over to the Studio and start training the AI, Use 10 to 30 photos and then, after 20 mins (we will notify you via email) your AI will be ready to start generating content for you through the power of prompting! (you can use sentences like: SUBJECT wearing a red hat, SUBJECT taking a selfie in a yacht, etc.), You can generate AI images on your Studio or in the Video Editor. To learn more, click here.
  • New UI - Our new UI is designed to be simpler to use, for example, in the Copilot, all your controls are there, no longer hidden behind menus that are hard to find! We have simplified the Sidebar by grouping certain functions per purpose!
  • The OG Voices are back! - We have heard your feedback, there is no reason to add new voices and replace old ones, so now the old voices are back in the dropdown of the Video Editor - Feel free to use these or migrate completely to the new voices we have provided, we love giving you choices!

November Update (Part 2) - New Voices for Videos, Import your Videos/B-Roll, new Share Experience and Ultra-Realistic (Beta)

  • New Voices for AI Made-for-You Videos: We have changed the voices used for the AI Made-for-you Video Editor, you can now use Higher Quality voices at no additional cost and that work better in different languages. To learn more about the AI Made-for-You Videos, see here.
  • Import your Videos/B-Roll: You can now import Videos/B-Roll to use in the AI Made-for-you videos by using the option "Import my own images/videos" within the Editor. Create your AI Made for you video, then select "Preview" to have the AI generate the first draft of each scene, then the full Editor to edit each scene, and add B-Roll within each scene! You can even select to use the audio from the video. To learn how the new User Interface is structured, see here.
  • Online Search: Our Copilot now searches directly on the Internet when it finds that your ask might benefit from up-to-date information that can only be found on the Internet.
  • New Share Experience: It's easier now to cross-post content across Social Media, thanks to our new Share Experience - Genius.AI allows you to post content across different social media platforms in a few clicks. Find out more here 
  • Ultra-Realistic (Beta): The new Ultra-Realistic Beta style is now available for Images, it generates only 1 image instead of 4, but the generated image will be higher quality - during this initial beta phase, the platform will produce 4 image squares, despite only 1 image being generated, make sure to always select "#1" to see the image in its full form. November Update (Part 1) - Heartbeat, Updates to the Video Editor, Stock Library, Spanish Translation & More

 

  • Create Authentic content with Heartbeat: Heartbeat, our new Copilot designed for Influencers and Social Selling Leaders is now available - compared to the Copilot, Heartbeat is designed solely around content creation that is authentic and natural, by pulling the genius out of you and providing you with talking points that are easy to record with the click of a button.   • Narrate your AI videos using your voice: It's now possible (in the Video Editor) to use your own voice to narrate content, the narration works scene-by-scene and connects directly to your microphone for real-time recording, You can click here to see the updated guide to AI Made-For-You Reels
  • Integration with Pexels for Stock Library: It is now possible to import more than 1M photos and videos directly from Pexels.com , no account or subscription required. Simply click "Import Stock Media from Pexels" in the areas of Genius.AI where usually the platform would allow you to create/record images and videos to attach to your post.   • Genius.AI is now available in Spanish: You've heard that right! Genius.AI is now fully available in Spanish including the UI - in the next weeks we are going to work to perfect some aspects of the platform that still require some tweaking as well as working towards translating the entire Documentation! Stay tuned!
  • Introducing the Showcase: Are you a Pro at creating images using Genius.AI? Share your creations with our community in the Showcase. Simply click "Share to Showcase" from your Studio. Do you like any of the content created by others? Head over to "Showcase" and add likes to already published content - or leverage the prompt used by the creator to create your own version of the same image!

 

October Update - Video Editor, Product Mode, Quality of Life Updates

We have performed a few improvements to the Genius.AI Experience as well as finally releasing our Video Editor to allow you total control over the Made-for-you videos you create.

 

  • Video Editor: You can now preview a video and edit it before it is completed, you can edit each scene of your video, change the dialogue, the image, change the voice that is part of the scene and even upload your own images! Using the Video Editor does not spend you a Video credit until the video is fully rendered. which means you can get creative before deciding to render the video!   • Product-Focused Home Page: It is now possible to have your Genius.AI Home Page totally focused on Products and Angles, This comes really in handy if your main focus is to use Genius.AI to sell your own offers and not to grow a Social Media Following/Brand.   • Create World-Class Brand Building Scripts - Genius.AI now allows you to create World-Class Brand Building Scripts in just a few clicks - relying on our latest AI model, the new feature allows you to create complete scripts featuring Hooks and Calls to Action! - Create Reels, Stories and Videos in Genius.AI
  • 'I need Help' Button - Our sidebar now features the new "I need Help" button, which presents the guided experience previously available in "What's on your Mind?" in a simple widget you can open on any page within your Genius! - 'I Need Help' Button
  • Simpler "Persona" Page - Previously a user in Genius.AI would not be able to edit specific parts of their personality without retaking the full personality test. This has been fixed and now the user can edit each individual page in the new Persona page. - Edit your Personality and Fix Issues with your Tone of Voice

 

Quality of Life Updates:

  • Simpler Home Page - Our Home Page now focuses on the Daily Content Calendar and gives you a quick menu to share content with the AI. The previous funnel-view has been removed and moved under the "My Social" page. Clicking a task from your Calendar won't open the what's on your Mind anymore - making the transition to creating new content immediate!
  • You can hide the sidebar at any point - We moved one of our Mobile features to work on the Desktop version of Genius.AI , you can now hide the sidebar on the left side at any point, by hiding the sidebar you can easily focus on the main content of the page!

 

 

 

September Update - Social Hub, Connect your Public Instagram Profile (Non Creator Account), AI Made for You Reels & Teleprompter

Our biggest update to this day it's finally available! Let's look at the features that are now available in Genius.AI.

  • AI Made for You Reels/Videos - You can now create amazing videos featuring AI Imagery, Captions and AI Voices - all by just providing a script you already have, or by letting the AI create one for you. Big news! As a feature launch special - you get unlimited AI made for you reels generation until September 7th! Do you want to learn more about the feature? See here
  • AI-Infused Teleprompter - You wanna show up and do a video yourself? Genius.AI now features an AI Teleprompter which allows you to immediately record videos from your phone while reading the script from the screen - Not enough? Our AI will now provide you with real-time feedback about your videos, telling you what's working right, what's not and how you can improve it further - Add captions to your newly recorded video right away and Share it to your Instagram or Facebook in just a click!   • Made-for you Reels Scripts - We have changed how you can generate complete Reels, featuring Hooks that are designed to capture people's attention. The new process is designed on a proven framework, where the AI will not only provide you with the Reels/Story idea, but will then provide you with a full script with a strong focus on the Hook of your video.   • Introducing the Social Hub: Your One Place To Manage Your Social Selling Success - We want to make the Genius.AI experience as seamless and kindergarten simple as possible, and we have redesigned the old To-Do list to now be the your main page where you can find the Content Calendar (introduced in our previous update), as well as our new What's on your Mind section, which immediately suggests you the best action for you to take based on the type of content you want to create, or the type of challenge you want to address. Want to make a post about your product? depending on what you want to talk about Genius.AI will suggest you a story, reel or post. Do you want to address an objection? Genius.AI will immediately redirect you to the Copilot. Want to generate image? Right into the studio. All in one page! Learn more about the Social Hub here
  • Bring your Instagram Account in Genius.AI even without a Creator Account - while your Instagram Experience won't be complete without a full Creator Account integrated via the Meta Business Suite, Genius.AI will still provide you a personalized content calendar based on what your audience likes, just provide Genius.AI with your Instagram URL and get started, learn more about how to connect your Instagram account here.
  • New Content Calendar - Our Content Calendar has been updated, and it now features a Today's Tasks section which allows you to just focus on your tasks for the day, in addition, you can now instruct Genius.AI on the number of posts you wish to make, or give it instructions on what to focus on for the week.   • New Portrait and Landscape formats for Images - The AI can now generate images in multiple formats - the new Portrait format is ideal for Social Media content and it is now the default format for images. Read more about how you can switch between sizes here

 

Quality of Life updates

  • Simplified Navigation - We have simplified the sidebar navigation in Genius.AI by making the menu smaller and by consolidating a few options together, our documentation has been updated to reflect the new changes!
  • See the prompt used to generate the AI image - After a long wait, it's now possible to see the original prompt used to generate an AI image, just head over to the Studio and click the info icon next to your image (this works only on the original grid of 4), this works not only on images you will generate from now on, but also previously generated images.

 

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that prevented Captions to be edited for videos longer than 2 minutes.

 

August Update - Auto-Reply, Instagram Profile Analysis, New Copilot Look & More

  • Auto-Reply (Early Access): Starting Today, our annual users also get early access to our Auto-Reply feature - allowing Instagram Creator accounts to create auto-reply rules to engage directly with comments to your posts using keywords - You can find more about the features by clicking here 
  • Instagram Profile Analysis (Early Access): Starting Today, our annual users get early access to our Profile Analysis feature - which allows users to get a full analysis of their Instagram Profile and a breakdown of the highlights, lowlights, and your audience likes and dislikes. In addition, GENIUS.AI will provide you with a 9-days content calendar tailored to your personality and the type of content your audience likes, to learn more about it, see the video below:

 

  • Revamped 'My Social' section: The My Social section has been revamped to be simpler to use. You can now select your profile on the top-left corner and go to your Profile Feed or Messenger. A funnel view is also available to track Engagement, Reach, Views and New Followers on your Instagram Profile - as well as the ability to order your posts by Likes, Comments, Engagement and more!
  • Quality of Life Updates:
    • It's now possible to edit an image prior to a share on Instagram!
    • We have made the font on our platform easier to read!

 

 

Genius.AI - July Update #3 - Trends & Browser Extension

  • Genius.AI now offers a new "Trending Now" page - Users in the Genius.AI Pro Plan can use this feature to look at what videos and shorts are currently trending online - search by name, competitor or category - and sort by views, likes and shares. If a product is selected, Genius.AI will automatically suggest you the relevant trends related to your product audience and/or industry.   • A limited, always changing selection of Trends is available in the "Suggested Trends for you" or "Suggested Product Trends" section under "Build your Brand" and "Post your Product".

  • We are bringing back the Upsell Product option, It is now under the Talk to People section!
  • We are bringing back the Ice breakers openers, under the Talk to People section!

 

Genius.AI - July Update #2 - Quality of Life Updates

  • The Editor for the Saved Ideas and Copilot will now save the bullet points and other formatting correctly!
  • A new "Group" filter is available under the Products section, you can now filter by products depending on the group the products belong to!
  • Solved a layout issue in the Instagram comments feature

 

Genius.AI - July Update #1 - New Formulas for Brand Building, Instagram Post Scheduling & Quality of Life Updates

  • Introduced new formulas for Brand Building and reduced the number of categories - these new formulas focus on Your Personality and Quick ideas on what to post, providing you with content for reels and stories.
  • It's now possible to mark an Instagram profile as preferred, if you have more Instagram profiles your preferred Instagram profile will open from the Talk to People option directly, saving you a few clicks!
  • If you are using the Instagram comments feature - it's now possible to start a conversation directly from an Instagram comment.
  • The AI Caption feature is back!
  • It's now possible to schedule Instagram Posts
  • We have made it easier for you to access all the options to Talk to People (DM Copilot, Comments, etc) with one click.
  • Solved an issue that prevented users to comment on Instagram videos with comments
  • We solved an issue preventing the In-Depth Training mode to work correctly with certain types of URLs.
  • Solved a problem that caused the Copilot not to save the content.
  • Solved a problem that caused Instagram posts containing video not to share correctly. Might require you to connect your Instagram account again.

 

Genius.AI - June Update #3 - Train the AI on your Products using Links, PDFs and Word Documents, Comments Copilot and New Cards!

We have also solved a few issues:

  • Now Instagram videos and Facebook videos will post correctly from Genius.AI
  • We solved a problem where the AI would not consider the user's personality when answering in the DM copilot.

  • Instagram Integration:

    • You can now link your Instagram Business or Creator Profile directly into Genius.AI.

    • Share content directly from Genius.AI.

    • Integrated DM Copilot within Instagram to assist with conversations in your personality and tone of voice.

    • The DM Copilot can also help position products and take notes on interactions with your followers.

New Image Generation Model

  • Updated HD Image Model:

    • Replaced the previous HD Image option with a new model that creates horizontal images, capable of including text.

    • This new model is significantly faster and produces high-quality images, ideal for graphics, logos, social media content, and more.

    • The previous HD model is still accessible and generates four images per credit.

    • To use the previous model, turn off the "HD AI Images" option on your sidebar.

Quality of Life Improvements

  • Improved Copilot Outputs:

    • Enhanced the Copilot's ability to generate outputs more effectively.

  • Visual Confirmation for Clipboard:

    • Added visual confirmation when content has been copied to the clipboard.

    • Content copied to the clipboard retains its formatting.

  • Product Media Library Visibility:

    • The "Product Media Library" now consistently appears in the sidebar.

    • You still need to select a product to use the Product Media Library features.

  • Introducing the Product Media Library:

    • Access a dedicated space to upload images and videos of your products.

    • The uploaded content can be shared with your team or group using Genius.AI if you are already sharing a product.

  • Categorization and Tagging:

    • Organize media by categorizing content into four default categories or by adding custom tags.

    • When generating a Product Post in the "Post your Product" section, the AI will suggest the best image to associate with your content based on the tags.

  • Future Marketing Content:

    • The Product Media Library will soon host more marketing content under the "Genius.AI" product for our affiliates.

New Language Flavors

  • Expanded Language Support:

    • Added new language variants to Genius.AI, including different versions of English (UK, Australia, Canada) and French (Canada).

    • Adjusts the AI’s wording based on the selected language flavor to better align with regional dialects and preferences.

Quality of Life Improvements

  • Enhanced Copilot Capabilities:

    • Improved the Copilot’s ability to generate tables, code, and enhanced formatting.

  • Personality Type Switching Fix:

    • Resolved an issue where the app would enter a loop when switching to a non-existing personality type.

  • Conversation Summary Feature:

    • The AI now generates a Conversation Summary to use as titles for conversations in the Copilot, making it easier to organize and manage chats.

  • Sales DM Copilot Advice:

    • The AI will now offer advice on how to continue the conversation when using the Sales DM Copilot.

  • Auto-Transcribed Video Captions:

    • You can now upload your own videos and have the AI create auto-transcribed captions in the Genius.AI "Studio" section.

    • This feature is perfect for creating social media content, reels, and stories.

  • Editable Transcriptions:

    • Once the AI has transcribed the video, you can edit the transcription and regenerate the captions as needed.

  • Subscription Benefits:

    • Your subscription includes 100 minutes per month of video captioning.

Quality of Life Improvements

  • Resolved an issue with Copilot history:

    • Fixed an issue that caused the Copilot to delete conversation history.

  • Improved First Experience Tour:

    • Enhanced the initial experience tour to better guide users through all the latest Genius.AI features.

    • Improved the underlying AI model to ensure outputs are more closely aligned with your tone of voice.

Studio Update: Generate Video from Studio

  • Video Generation from Studio:

    • Previously, videos could only be generated from images using the Copilot.

    • Now you can directly generate videos from images previously created in the Studio.

    • This new process simplifies video creation and enhances workflow efficiency.

 

Genius.AI Final April Update

VSL Experience

  • Merging VSL.AI with Genius.AI:

    • Genius.AI now includes features from VSL.AI, Peter Kell's platform focused on Video Sales Letters.

    • Existing Genius.AI users can access VSL features by clicking the "VSL Experience" link located at the top-right corner of the screen near the profile icon.

  • Revamped VSL.AI Experience:

    • AI training to incorporate your personality for personalized VSL scripts.

    • Image and video generation capabilities.

    • A copilot ready to assist with daily queries and tasks.

  • Communication to Existing VSL.AI Users:

    • Existing users will receive emails and Facebook Group updates about the subscription transfer, credits, and additional information regarding the merge.

Copilot Updates: Online Sources for Information

  • Integration with Online Sources:

    • The Copilot, Jetty, can now obtain the latest trends and information using online sources.

    • Google Trends Integration:

      • A new dropdown menu is added to the top-right area of your Copilot interface.

      • Select Google Trends to enable Jetty to fetch the latest search trends, ensuring your content is current and relevant.

      • Helps in writing content that resonates with your audience by using the latest hashtags and trending information.

  • Future Expansions:

    • More sources will be added as we continue to expand this feature.

 

Genius.AI April 20th Update

  • Clothes Swapping AI Model:

    • Designed for customers in the fashion industry or users who want to enhance their selfies.

    • With just a photo of a subject/model and an image of a clothing item, the AI will seamlessly swap the clothing.

    • Perfect for photoshoots where a model needs to be depicted in different outfits.

    • The AI replicates the angle, lighting, and other factors to ensure the photo looks realistic.

    • Try the new Clothes Swapping feature in the Studio today!

Updates to Facebook Messenger

  • Enhanced Facebook Messenger Features:

    • View the date and time of each message.

    • Use emojis in your conversations when using Facebook Messenger through Genius.AI.

    • These updates enhance the overall user experience and communication efficiency.

Two Personalities - One Account!

  • Dual Personality Feature:

    • Based on customer feedback, you can now have both an individual personality and a business personality saved within the same account.

    • Introduced a "Business Personality" switch within your Personality settings.

    • Easily toggle between personal and business personalities as needed.

    • This update allows for more versatile and efficient use of Genius.AI for both personal and professional needs.

Introducing: The Studio

  • The Studio:

    • A new feature within Genius.AI that replaces the previous gallery functionality.

    • Allows users to generate a variety of images, including AI headshots and images featuring their products.

CRM: Import Contacts via CSV

  • CSV Import:

    • Easily upload multiple contacts into your CRM using a CSV file format.

    • A CSV template is provided by the Genius.AI team, accessible directly on your CRM page, to streamline the upload process.

  • Business Personality Test: A new feature that allows you to take a Business Personality Test, ideal for building a brand presence.

    • The AI will learn about your brand’s identity and provide tailored business tools.

    • Features include new formulas for eCommerce pages, audience targeting, and more.

My Social: Facebook Page Integration

  • Facebook Page Sharing: No more copy-pasting! Connect your Facebook page and use the "Share" button to post content from Genius.AI immediately.

  • DM Copilot: Enhance your Facebook Messenger conversations.

    • Select a product and let the AI suggest selling techniques in real-time.

    • The AI can also take detailed notes during interactions, creating thorough records of your conversations with prospects.

CRM: Manage Prospects & Tasks

  • Integrated CRM: Genius.AI now includes its own CRM to manage prospects and tasks efficiently.

    • Create and import entries from your social media integrations.

    • Add notes for each contact and assign tasks to the Kanban board.

    • Automated reminders for tasks nearing the due date.

    • Share contacts and tasks with team members using Genius.AI within your groups.

Copilot: Manage Multiple Conversations

  • Enhanced Copilot: Now supports managing multiple conversations simultaneously, improving workflow and productivity.

 

 

 

Genius.AI March 25th Update

  • Previously, once you selected an AI-Generated image from a grid of four, you couldn't return to your gallery to choose one of the remaining three images.

  • Update: You can now generate an image for any of the previously generated images within the past 24 hours.

Japanese Language Support

Copilot Enhancements

Generate Image Based on Last Message

New Image Generation Feature: You can now generate an image idea based on your last written post with just one tap. This feature is accessible under "Generate Image" and achieves the same result as instructing Copilot to "generate an image based on the post idea above."

"Groups" Location Update

In anticipation of our upcoming Social Media and CRM update, we have relocated the "Groups" option to a different area of the top navigation bar.

Tip: Start creating your Groups and invite your downline now, so you can leverage our CRM from day one when it becomes available.

 

 

 

Quality of Life Improvements

Customizable Product Pages:

You can now disable default products to make your Products page and dropdowns more targeted to the specific products you are selling.

Mobile UI/UX Enhancements:

We have performed various UI and UX improvements to enhance the application experience on mobile devices.

 

Genius.AI March 10th Update 

New Translate To... Option

Expanded Language Support:
We have introduced a new translation and localization option for content in the cards. You can now translate content into French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Vietnamese. An update will be released early next week to fully launch AI language support for these languages, making it easier than ever to connect with a global audience.

Direct Gallery Editing:
You can now edit images directly from the gallery, including those generated in previous sessions. This enhancement provides greater flexibility and convenience, allowing you to make adjustments to your images without needing to leave the gallery.

Faster Image Generation

Quick Image Generation Option:
We have released a new option for faster image generation. This option produces four images in less than 10 seconds, though at a reduced quality. You can switch between Faster and High-Quality image generation from your sidebar. We recommend using Faster image generation for landscapes, objects, etc., while High-Quality mode is better suited for people, animals, and other animated objects.

New Copilot Home Page

Redesigned Welcoming Page:
The Copilot now features a welcoming page with suggestions on how to start engaging with Jetty. This new homepage is designed to ease you into your tasks and help you get the most out of your Copilot experience.

Introducing Idea Cards:

Previously, all content ideas in Genius.AI were displayed in a single container. Now, each idea is presented on an individual card. These idea cards include a picture and/or song idea, and feature a quick button to generate an associated image. The "Actions" button lets you transform ideas into different content types or further edit them using the traditional editor.

 

Voice & Tone Upgrade

You can now improve your AI's Voice & Tone by providing examples of past posts. Simply navigate to your Personality page and click "Provide Post Examples." These examples help optimize and tune your personal AI to better match your unique style.

 

Advanced Image Creation:

We’ve introduced a new AI that generates highly realistic landscapes, people, and more. While generations may take a bit more time, the quality will be worth the wait. Each generation will produce four images, from which you can select your favorite. This chosen image will then be upscaled, making it ready for posting.

 

Copilot Improvements

**Updated User Interface:**

The Copilot now features a new, more engaging UI that covers the entire screen and includes quick selections to regenerate content or copy the output directly to your clipboard.

 

Additional Quality of Life Improvements

When adding products, you can now provide a link/URL. Shared products in your group will have a quick link to the product page visible, enhancing user convenience.
