Is Genius.AI a one-time payment?
No, the payment for using Genius.AI is recurring. For monthly users, the billing cycle is monthly. For annual users, it’s annually.
Is there a limit to how many times I can use Genius.AI in a month?
You have unlimited usage of the app and copilot! We have, however, implemented temporary limits on the generation of videos (10/day) and images (30/day); you are able to track these limits from the gallery
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
Genius.AI offers no refunds on purchased subscriptions. However, we do offer a 7-day free trial to all new customers. You can also cancel your free trial/paid subscription at any time from within Genius.AI.
Can I cancel Genius.AI at any time?
Absolutely. From within the Genius.AI experience, simply tap the portrait icon in the top right of the application to reveal a drop-down menu. Then tap "Subscription". On the next page, tap the white rectangle that displays your subscription. Then click "Edit your subscription" or "Cancel your subscription", depending on what action you'd like to take, and follow the steps on screen.
What is the pricing for Genius.AI?
The pricing is $99/mo or $899/yr.
When do I receive access to Genius.AI, and when is my renewal date?
If you are member of the Genius.AI presale, your card will be billed on the 6th of every month thereafter. If you subscribed to Genius.AI at any time outside of the presale, your card will be charged on whichever day of the month you initially puchased.
Can I modify my Subscription or credit card information at any time?
Yes. Simply follow the same steps outlined in "Can I cancel Genius.AI at any time?" above, and tap "Edit my subscription" when you are able to.
